Set Vendor Type - Field Descriptions

If cost centers are being used, during the Set Vendor Type update Spectrum will reset the vendor type for selected vendors only if you have permission to access the vendor. Spectrum compares the vendor's list of shared cost centers with cost centers in your assigned cost center scheme, and if there are no common cost centers, then that vendor is not changed during the update.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

These login changes will provide customers the ability to migrate their own login credentials to <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span>.
