Delete Draw Requests - Field Descriptions

If the cost center feature is enabled in the Enterprise Installation screen, when purging draw requests Spectrum will delete only if the operator has permission to access the contract's information. Spectrum compares the cost center assigned to the contract with cost centers in the operator's assigned scheme; if the cost center is not included, then the draw request cannot be added to the deletion list.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
