      <p class="p">When modifications to an existing report are made, it is recommended that you first make a
         copy of the report and then make your modifications to the copied version of the report.
         When all modifications have been made and the report prints correctly, the original report
         can be safely deleted.</p>

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
