If you already have future fiscal years on your screen, it's necessary to delete them before you continue. Deletions are accomplished in General Ledger > Period End > Fiscal Calendar Maintenance.

1. Position your cursor at the latest fiscal year and click Delete. Continue deleting until you reach your current fiscal year.
2. On the Site Map, click General Ledger > Utilities > Reset Fiscal Calendar.
3. Select your current fiscal year and click Edit.
4. Retain the twelve periods, and position your cursor on the 12th fiscal period, End date.
5. Change the End date to 12/31/13.
6. Click OK.
7. Click Preview, then review and retain your listing.
8. On the Reset Fiscal Calendar tab, click Continue. A box confirms that the update was completed successfully.

   Now you can return to Fiscal Calendar Maintenance and re-add your future fiscal years by clicking New Year.
