      <p class="p">While the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) determines what types of earnings and hours are
         insurable, it is Service Canada who manages the EI benefits.</p>
      <p class="p">Use the Insurable Earnings Maintenance screen to map pay types, add-ons and deductions to the appropriate Reporting status and Payment type. Not making an assignment and leaving the fields &lt;BLANK&gt; indicates that these are not part of the ROE compilations.</p>

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
