            <p class="p"><span class="keyword">Trimble</span> provides single sign-on (SSO) access to multiple <span class="keyword">Trimble</span> products using a single set of credentials, known as a <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span>. As more applications are released across the <span class="keyword">Trimble</span> platform, they will also use <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span> SSO for user authentication.</p>

                                          One</span> by logging into <a class="xref j-external-link" href="http://team.viewpoint.com" target="_blank">team.viewpoint.com</a>, and then selecting <span class="ph uicontrol">Accounts Payable</span> from the main menu.</p><p class="p">Use Automatic Invoicing to enter validated, unapproved vendor invoices. The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

                                          One</span> (team.viewpoint.com).</p><p class="p"><span class="ph uicontrol">One-Time Import of Enterprise Admins</span></p><p class="p">During the update to the 2025 R4 release, all of your organization's Enterprise Administrators in <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction
                                          One</span> (team.viewpoint.com) will be imported as IT Admins in <span class="keyword">HR Management</span> (hr.viewpoint.com). This is a one-time import.</p><div class="p"><div class="note important note_important" id="concept-cxdtc0oh--en__note_njy_s2z_1fc"><span class="note__title">Important:</span> The process of importing your enterprise admins and migrating them to the IT Admin role could take several hours to complete.                 however, due to the extensive nature of the improvements and feature work being
                provided, it was necessary to combine the <span class="keyword">Vista</span> 2024 R1 and <span class="keyword">Vista</span> 2024 R2 releases to ensure a more holistic and robust
                solution.</div>
        </div><p class="p">Some of the new features in this release include improved SM tax handling,
            updates to electronic OSHA 300/300A/301 reporting, an improved PO/SL review/approval
            workflow, new MFA configuration capabilities, and an introduction of the <span class="keyword">ProjectSight</span> integration with <span class="keyword">Vista</span>, as well as several other features to help
            improve your workflow.</p><p class="p">Another important enhancement brings significant improvements to sign-on methods for
                <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction
                                          One</span> cloud-hosted <span class="keyword">Vista</span> customers. These login changes will
            provide customers the ability to migrate their own login credentials to <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span>. Changes will take place <em class="ph i">after</em>

When you initially log on to Spectrum, the Site Map screen
      will display. This is the "main screen" in Spectrum. Along the left side of the screen, the
      module menu displays. The modules that your company has installed and that you have security
      access to display on the menu. After selecting a module, the processing menu will be enabled.
      Processing menu items include the following options:

Spectrum menus

The Fixed Assets module tracks every depreciable asset in the company. Monthly depreciation is calculated and updated to the General Ledger automatically. The Fixed Asset menus can be used in any order.
