If you have a piece of equipment that is in the repair shop, it may make sense to review the equipment's upcoming maintenance needs and take care of them now instead of at a later date when it may be needed on a job.

Use the P.M. Schedule Report to determine what work is almost due for each piece of equipment.

• On the Site Map, click Preventive Maintenance > Reports > P.M. Schedule.
• In the Report type section, select Exceptions only.
• In the Minimum percent due field, enter a number based on how far in advance you want the work to be done. For example, enter 100 to view work that is due immediately enter 50 or 75 to view work that is half or three quarters of the way to being due.
• Click Preview.
