Use the table below when completing the fields on this screen.

Selections

Equipment code Equipment type

 Enter an Equipment code and equipment type to include on the Work Order Form.

Yard Area

 Enter the yard code and associated equipment location.

Problem type

 Enter the problem type code associated with the work order.

Equipment status

 Enter the equipment status codes associated with the work order's equipment.

From order date To order date

 Enter the first and last work ordered dates to include on the report. Click the Date Calculator icon () to calculate a different date. Date shortcuts are listed below.

Shortcut Key

Date Automatically Entered
T Today's date.
H The last day of the current month.
M The first day of the current month.
+ Tomorrow's date.
- Yesterday's date.

Format

  • Summary

  • Detail

 Select to display the report in Summary or Detail format.

Sort by

  • Problem type

  • Equipment code

  • Equipment type

 Select the option to sort the report by.

Meter type

  • Hour/usage

  • Miles

  • Kilometer

  • Non-meter specific

 Select the appropriate meter type option for the equipment. The selected meter type will include a piece of equipment if any of the four meters are assigned the selected meter type. If the Non-meter specific option is selected, the report will calculate 'days to failure', but will not show 'change in meter' or 'failure rate' information on the report.

Status types

  • Include active equipment?

  • Include inactive equipment?

  • Include retired equipment?

 Select the equipment status types to include on the report.
