This app provides a list of all Human Resources Training/Certification records for the current operator. The app shows the 'expiration date' and description of the particular training or certification code. In the case where there is no 'expiration date', the app will substitute the 'required date' or end date', if available. The list displays in date sequence, with the latest date at the top (and undated training at the very bottom).

My Training and Certifications

The My Payroll Checks app provides summary information
      about recent pay checks and allows the employee to print earnings statements. The last 20
      paychecks will display with the most recent ones listed first. After clicking a check date,
      the Payroll Earnings Statement for that date will be generated.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
