Rate Management

Use the Rate Management screen to make global pay rate changes to employees, both salaried and hourly.

Spectrum tracks all adjustments in an audit trail report and also logs changes in the salary history log for each employee. You can choose to increase or decrease an employee's rates by a percentage or by a fixed amount per pay period.

When this screen is first accessed, specify employee selection criteria in the Build Employee List for Rate Management window. After entering the benefit selection criteria, all employees that meet your selection criteria will display. If you wish to change the selection criteria, click the Build button to re-open the Build Employee List for Rate Management window. Any changes made in this screen will be committed once the operator clicks the Update button.
