As more applications are released across the <span class="keyword">Trimble</span> platform, they will also use <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span> SSO for user authentication.</p>

                                          One</span> by logging into <a class="xref j-external-link" href="http://team.viewpoint.com" target="_blank">team.viewpoint.com</a>, and then selecting <span class="ph uicontrol">Accounts Payable</span> from the main menu.</p><p class="p">Use Automatic Invoicing to enter validated, unapproved vendor invoices. The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

            improve your workflow.</p><p class="p">Another important enhancement brings significant improvements to sign-on methods for

Spectrum Menus Overview

Inventory may be requisitioned to jobs or sold directly to
      customers. Inventory Control tracks quantities and costs for each stock item, and is
      integrated with Time + Material, Sales Analysis, Materials Management, Equipment Tracking,
      Preventive Maintenance, Work Order, Job Cost, Purchase Order, Order Processing, and the
      General Ledger.
