Purge Invoices removes invoice and credit memo records that are dated on or before the purge date specified. The purge occurs at the same time that the report prints, so it is important that the printer is ready for printing. After the report is printed and the purge is complete, you will not be able to look up detail invoice information.

To remove only a portion of the invoices, enter the last date to be included. All invoices with a date on or before this date will be removed. Click Continue to proceed with the purge.
