Many construction contracts require specific compliance items that must be met before retention is released. Use this screen to manage compliance matters for vendors, subcontractors, customers, and other matters associated with the specified job. This screen will display open items from Job Cost Tracking, Subcontract Document Tracking, and Vendor Document Tracking. Use this log and the My Compliance Log Status app to quickly locate past due items and take the appropriate action.

Items that appear in the grid can be edited either in the grid, or by clicking the Edit button to open the Edit Job Compliance Log Entry window. Grid results can be sorted by clicking column headings or grouping by a selection.

Once the item has been fully complied with, it is set to a 'Closed' status. For audit purposes, the date the item was closed and the user who closed it are stored in the record.
