Set Job Status - Field Descriptions

If the cost center feature is enabled in the Enterprise Installation screen, Spectrum displays the selected job only if you have permission to access the job. Spectrum compares the cost center assigned to the job with cost centers in your assigned scheme, and if the cost center is not included, then that job is not shown on the Job Status Maintenance screen.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

            updates to electronic OSHA 300/300A/301 reporting, an improved PO/SL review/approval
            workflow, new MFA configuration capabilities, and an introduction of the <span class="keyword">ProjectSight</span> integration with <span class="keyword">Vista</span>, as well as several other features to help
            improve your workflow.</p><p class="p">Another important enhancement brings significant improvements to sign-on methods for
