Use this window to specify which contracts appear on this screen, and any new contract defaults.

Customer Service contract type Work order type |
Enter a customer code, service contract type, and work order type for contracts to renew, or leave these fields blank to include ALL. |
Expiration date |
Specify 'to' and 'from' Service
Contract processing dates for contracts you wish to renew. Note: If the Customer code + site code has any contract with
an end date later than the end date of the expiring contract, that contract
will not be included in the list. |
New contract defaults |

Increment contract price by |
Specify a percentage to mark up contract price for all specified contracts. For example, enter '10' to mark up the contract amount by 10%, from $500 to $550. |
Set contract status to 'Proposed'? |
Select this checkbox to set all renewing contracts to 'Proposed' during the update. |
Proposal date |
Specify a proposal date for the new contracts. |
Honor proposal for |
Enter the number of days to honor the proposal for. |
