Customer Service Contract Analysis - Cost Center Information

If cost centers are being used, the Site Service Contract Analysis screen will display the contract only if the Operator has permission to access the cost center associated with that contract.

The software compares the cost center assigned to the contract with the cost centers in the Operator's assigned cost center scheme, and if the cost center is not included, then that contract is not shown on the Site Service Contract Analysis screen.

All actual cost totals will appear on the main screen, but detail records assigned to cost centers that the Operator is not authorized to access will not appear in the drill-down window. Cost center security will be provided for the information drill-down button to ensure that the customer or site details are not accessible if the Operator is not allowed to make use of that code.

If the option for 'Show non-contract revenue and cost?' is selected in the Advanced window, then cost center validation will be performed to ensure that the Operator is permitted to access the specified Site or Customer in order to display the non-contract amount. If the Operator has permission for the Site or Customer, then the amounts and drill-down capability will be provided to view work orders.
