Change Company Settings

You can easily enable different Service Hub features from the ERP Administrator page.

You must be an ERP Admin or Company Admin to complete these steps.
  1. In the ERP Administrator page, select the company whose settings you want to change from the list of Activated Companies.
    The Company Settings page opens.
  2. Choose one of the following options to proceed:
    • Select the pencil icon next to Service Request Settings to toggle service request emails or change the email to receive service requests.
    • Select the pencil icon next to Payment Settings to toggle Stripe payments, change your Stripe Account ID, unlink your Stripe Account, or change your email to receive payment notifications.
  3. Select Update.
  4. If you changed the email to receive service requests or payment notifications, verify the new email address.
Your business settings are updated.
