Resend a User Invitation

You must be an ERP Admin or Customer Admin to complete these steps.
  1. Navigate to the Manage Users page.
  2. Use the search bar to find the appropriate user by name or email.
  3. Select the icon to the right of the user you want to reinvite.
  4. Select Resend Invitation.
    Note: Contacts have 30 days to accept the invitation before it expires and a new one must be issued.
A pop-up message displays to confirm that the user was reinvited successfully.
