Adding a company logo file to your Spectrum reports is an easy way to make your invoices, purchase orders, etc., look professional.

Prior to beginning the steps below, make a note of where your preferred image file is stored on your network.

Follow these steps to include a company logo or other image in the heading area on your reports:

1. Navigate to Site Map > System Administration > Installation > Company > Print Options tab.
2. In the Company logo field, click the Upload button.
3. Click the Choose File button.
4. Navigate to the image file location and select the image file.

   Things to keep in mind:

   • File names are limited to 30 characters.

   • No spaces are allowed in the image file name.
   • All major image file types are supported (.gif, jpg, .bmp, .png).
   • Technically, there are no restrictions on the image size, but images over 1 inch or 75 pixels high will be cut off. You will want to preview your report before printing to make sure the image file you choose meets your own standards for professionalism.
5. Click Open.
6. Click Upload again.
7. Save your changes.
8. Now your Crystal Reports will automatically include the image in the heading.
