Data Exchange Download
The Data Exchange Download screen allows the users of the Data Exchange module to get the latest version of the Spectrum Office Add-in which is used with Microsoft Excel and can be used in conjunction with the Data Exchange module.
To use the Spectrum Office Add-in, the Data Exchange module must be active, the Authorization ID must be defined, and the Spectrum Office Add-in must be installed on your local computer. The Data Exchange Download screen provides easy access to the current programming which is provided with each service pack.
Important: Each time a new release of Spectrum is installed, the Spectrum Office Add-in needs to be installed in order to have the current programming. To download the programming, define the Authorization ID, select the Export button, and follow the standard Spectrum download process.
