What's New in Traqspera 2024 R13
The 2024 R13 release of Traqspera includes improvements to timesheet export files. This release is available as of December 19, 2024.

In addition, all union, wage, and rate columns on the Mass Timesheet Export .CSV file now display after the last hour or per diem column on the report to match the order in which these fields display on the timesheet.

Mobile
When entering timesheets using a tablet device, the full date range for a pay period now displays in the upper right of the Timesheet page. Previously, only some of the dates in the pay period were shown.

If you exported a custom daily report that was created using a custom template, and then deleted the template for that report, the Daily Reports List page would not load.

If you exported a custom safety form that was created using a custom template, and then deleted the template for that form, the Safety Forms List page would not load.

Time Off

On the Time Off Requests page, if a user selected +Submit Request multiple times when adding a time off request, duplicate versions of that request displayed on the time off calendar.

If any unapproved time off requests existed on the calendar, and you reconfigured settings on the Time Off Setup page, the existing time off requests could not be approved.

Timesheets

Equipment entries with no hours were assigned a Billing Type of Daily when saved even if Daily had not been added to the setting Equipment Entry Types Allowed.

Multiple timesheet approval notifications for the same request were sent to users set up to receive daily timesheet approval notifications (
). -
For users with computers set to a time zone other than Pacific Time, copying timesheet entries from the previous week using
could result in time being allocated to a date that was not showing on the current timesheet. -
On the main Timesheets page, the time stamp shown in the Last Updated column was set to the wrong time zone for timesheets created using the mobile application.

On the Timesheet Summary, equipment entries with a Default Equipment Entry Type of Hourly could not be changed to Standby using the Standby field. The Standby field prefilled with the entry in the Hours field and could not be edited.

On the Timesheet Summary, the Job dropdown field and the Filter By Job dropdown field were not sorting based on the selection made in the Job Dropdown Sorting setting.

The Missing Timesheet Report included employees whose timesheets or time entries from a prior pay period had been deleted.

When creating a daily report, users received an error when attempting to edit the equipment billing type field.

Users could not delete an existing daily report if the equipment billing type field on that report had been edited.

Earnings

Earnings were showing in the mobile application when the Earnings setting was not enabled in HR Management.

The Earnings page displayed as blank, with no additional information, for employees who did not yet have pay stubs available in HR Management.

Asterisks (*) and the phrase Not included in net pay were showing in the Deductions section of the employee's pay stub.

Time Off

When a user submitted a time off request in the mobile application, the link included in the approval email was invalid in some cases and resulted in a page not found error for the approver.

Copying an approved equipment entry to a timesheet using
resulted in that timesheet being approved automatically. -
For Android users, if a user opened the employee or crew list on a timesheet and then selected the Back button on the device, that user could not reopen either the employee or crew list.
