Update Company Name or Address

To change details related to shipping or billing in Admin Console, you must create a new Trimble ID account.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the company name or address affiliated with your account. To update these details, you must cancel all active subscriptions and create a new account.
Important: When creating your new account, do not use any email addresses already affiliated with a Trimble ID.
  1. In Admin Console, cancel all active subscriptions. For more information, see Cancel a Subscription.
  2. Wait until your subscription ends to proceed.
  3. Once your subscription ends, return to the Trimble store where you made your original purchases.
  4. Create a new account with your updated company name or address.
  5. Complete your new orders.
  6. Assign your new licenses to all of your users.
Your account details are updated.
