Trimble Connect Assistant

Deployed within Trimble Connect for Browser, Trimble Connect Assistant is an AI-based feature designed to streamline access to Help and Support documentation.

By delivering immediate, in-application answers to your inquiries, the Trimble Connect Assistant reduces the need to search extensive documentation or await traditional support responses.

About the Assistant

  • Support is restricted exclusively to queries submitted in the English language.
  • The Assistant accesses only on product-related content. It does not have access to any of your company's data or any data within the application database.
  • A feedback mechanism will be implemented in the near future.

To use Trimble Connect Assistant:

  1. In Trimble Connect for Browser, select the icon.

    The Trimble Connect Assistant panel opens from the right side.

  2. Enter your question.
    Examples:
    • How do I upload a model?
    • Is file sharing with external users permitted?
    • Which file formats are supported for 3D visualization?
  3. Press Enter.
