Using Starter Reports
You can use preconfigured Starter Reports to get started with Paginated Reports. Starter Reports can be used as-is or customized to suit your needs.
Starter Reports are available to users with access to the Viewpoint Starter Reports tag. By default, the tag is only accessible to Administrators. To give other users access to Starter Reports, Administrators can modify the Viewpoint Starter Reports tag or assign other tags to the Starter Reports.

You can customize a Starter Report as follows.

Download the Starter Report you want to
customize.

Select the options menu on the right-hand
side of the report

- Select Download to download the report as an .RDL file to your computer.

- Modify the .RDL file as needed using Power BI Report Builder*, and then rename the file.
- Upload the modified .RDL file. For instructions, see Add a Paginated Report.
