What's New lists the enhancements and changes available in the Trimble Pay 4.21 release. This release is available in September 2025.
View Company Codes on the Payment and Waiver Page
Vista and Spectrum users can now view and filter projects by Company Code on the Payments and waivers page. This update enables easier identification and payment of invoices for specific companies.
Required Form Fields for Lower-Tier Subcontractors
To ensure data completion by lower-tier subcontractors for the New subcontractor or vendor supplier form, lower-tier subcontractors are now required to provide a value for the Contract value and Paid to date fields before the form can be added.
Company Info Field Update
For the Company Info tab on the Company settings page, we've replaced the Default payment method field with the Payment method field to provide an improved user experience. Since Trimble Pay currently only supports ACH payments, the dropdown menu has been removed to avoid confusion.
Resolved Issue
- Only one reminder notification is sent out per compliance document based on the configured threshold (For example, thirty days before expiration).
