Sounds Do Not Play
If sounds do not play only in the Earthwork module, make sure you have turned the sounds on in the module.
Open a job in the Earthwork module, select Preferences from the Tools menu, and verify that the Enable Audio Feedback checkbox is selected.
If sounds still don't play when you digitize measurements from a drawing, try checking the following possible solutions.
Check the Speakers
Make sure that the speakers are connected to the computer correctly. See the documentation that came with your computer or speakers for more information on connecting the speakers to the computer.
Check the Volume
Check both the volume of WAV files in Windows and the volume level of the speakers, if the speakers have a manual volume control. See the Windows documentation for more information.
