Equipment Cost Calculator
If the cost item type is equipment, you can use the Equipment Cost Calculator to specify different costs for equipment based on whether you own, rent, or lease the equipment. It also allows you to apply costs of lube, fuel, and routine service.
Use Define Globals screen in the Define Estimate Globals or the Define Catalog Globals to set the cost of fuel and the number of work hours per period.
Note: To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click
in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click
OK.
