You cannot delete a user record currently in use. You also cannot delete a system-defined user.

1. Open the User screen.
2. In the User field, do one of the following:
   • Enter the code of the user you want to delete and press Tab.
   • Click to use a lookup to find and select the user you want to delete.
3. Click Delete User.

The user record is deleted.
