View Alerts screen
Use the View Alerts screen to create a list of items based on their due date. You can display alerts through a specific date and for a specific company.
Views are available for the following alerts:

Binder Reminders
Issues
Requests for Information
Submittals and Reviews
Submittal Packages
Checklists
Project Plans and Tasks
Invitations to Bid
Vendor Invoices
Records of Employment
Meeting Minutes Action Items
Purchase Orders
Subcontracts
Subcontract Change Orders
Change Management Records
Contract Invoices
Time & Material Invoices (excludes alerts for time & material invoices based on a template project)

You can customize the way the data is displayed using filters, calculations, groups, and more. See Customize Grids for details.
Click
on the toolbar next to Alerts & Tasks and select View Alerts.
Click
in the All Tasks pane.
