Bid Dashboard screen

Use the Bid Dashboard screen to view the Bid Dashboard—a collection of charts and graphs showing details about your bids. You can drill down to view the report for the chart or graph.

The Bid Dashboard contains the following charts and graphs:

  • Win–Loss for the Last 12 Months By Salesperson - The Win–Loss for the Last 12 Months By Salesperson graph compares win/loss amounts by salesperson. The amounts are for bids from the past 12 months with a status of Won or Lost. Click the chart to display a Bid Win-Loss by Salesperson screen.

  • Profit Variance for the Last 12 Months By Estimator - The Profit Variance for the Last 12 Months By Estimator graph compares profit amounts for the bid, the project, and at completion by estimator. The amounts are for projects that were generated from estimates and have a contract date in the last 12 months. Approved change orders are included. Click the chart to display a Bid-Project Budget Variance Summary Report screen.

  • Won Bids for the Last 12 Months By Lead Source - The Won Bids for the Last 12 Months By Lead Source chart and graph display totals of winning bids by lead source. The amounts are for bids from the past 12 months with a status of Won. Click the chart or graph to display a Bid Win-Loss by Lead Source screen.

  • Pending Bids - The Pending Bids graph displays the total bid amount and probability amount of open and submitted bids. The amounts are for bids from the past 12 months with a status of Open or Submitted. Click the chart to display a Bid Summary by Prospect screen.

  • Bids Due - The Bids Due chart shows the amounts of open and submitted bids that are due in the next few weeks. The amounts are for bids with a status of Open or Submitted. A bid with no due date is considered past due. Click the chart to display a Bid Summary by Prospect screen.

  • Bids Expiring - The Bids Expiring chart shows the amounts of open and submitted bids that are expiring in the next few weeks. The amounts are for bids with a status of Open or Submitted. A bid with no expiration date is considered expired. Click the chart to display a Bid Summary by Prospect screen.

    To open the Bid Dashboard screen, click Estimating > Bids & Proposals > Bid Dashboard in the All Tasks pane.
