Delete an estimate job using Manage Files

You cannot delete the job that is open in the Manage Estimates screen.

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. From the All Tasks pane, select Estimating > Tools > Manage Estimate Files.
  3. Select the job you want to remove from the list of existing jobs in the right pane. To select multiple jobs, do one of the following:

    • To select a continuous group of jobs, hold Shift while selecting the first and last jobs in the group. Alternatively, select the first job in the group, hold the left mouse button, and drag the mouse to the last job in the group.

    • To select a non-continuous group of jobs, hold Ctrl and select each job to remove.

  4. Click Remove under Estimates in the left pane.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Close.
