Remove a library using Manage Files

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. Open the Takeoff tab.
  3. From the All Tasks pane, select Estimating > Tools > Manage Estimate Files.
  4. Select the library you want to remove from the list of existing libraries in the left pane. To select multiple libraries, do one of the following:

    • To select a continuous group of libraries, hold Shift while selecting the first and last libraries in the group. Alternatively, select the first library in the group, hold the left mouse button, and drag the mouse to the last library in the group.

    • To select a non-continuous group of libraries, hold Ctrl and select each library to remove.

  5. Click Remove under Libraries in the left pane.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Close.
