Assign a Form Template to a Project

You can assign form templates that were created in a business unit to one or more projects belonging to that business unit.

Assigning a form template to a project makes the form available on a device that is set up for the project. The form can then be viewed in the View Forms/Task Report for that project as well. The list of projects will differ depending on which form templates you select.
  • If the project is active but has not yet been assigned the form template, you won't see it in the project list.
  • You will see projects that have already ended if they have had a version of the form template assigned.

Once a form template is assigned to a project, form template properties can be edited, but questions in the form cannot be added, edited, or deleted.
