Manage User Access
Deactivate or reactivate a project user or remove a business user from the People Setup Summary page. You can also designate a device user. Deactivating a user does not delete the account.
- Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.
- Select to open the People Setup Summary page.
- If you are reactivating a user, clear the Active tick box next ot the Person Name Contains field and select Search.
- Right-click on the user's name ane select Edit Non-User or Edit Project Specific Roles.
- To activate or deactivate a user, select or clear the Active on Project or Person Active tick box.
- To add or remove a device for a business user, select or clear the Device User tick box.
- Select Save.
