Filter or Remove the Filter for the List of Assets

You can filter the list of assets to limit the assets displayed and quickly find the ones you want to work with. You can remove the filters to see the entire list again.

You can filter on multiple fields at a time, but only assets that match all the criteria entered are displayed. The list is only filtered for you. Other users are not affected by the filters you add.
  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Assets.
  2. Select the Filter button .
    The Filters pane appears.
  3. If you are adding filters, enter filter criteria in one or more fields in the following areas:
    • Location
    • Workflow Template
    • Status
    • Checked By
    • Parent Classification
    • Asset Classification
    • Status Change Date
    Tip: Select an Area header to see the fields in that area. The filter button appears next to each header where filters are selected.
  4. To remove the filters, select the Clear Filters X icon next to the Filters title.
  5. Select the Hide Filters button to hide the Filters pane.
The list of assets is limited to just those that meet all the criteria you entered, and the Filter button appears blue . If you cleared the filter, there is no more criteria.
After you filter the list of assets, you may want to modify the filter. Follow the steps above to modify the filter.
