Add or Remove a Filter to a Report Widget

You can add or remove a filter to a report widget to limit the data displayed to make the report widget more meaningful to you.

Each widget has different filters available that depend on the type of data it displays.
  1. Select the Edit Filters button at the bottom of the widget you want to add or remove a filter to in the dashboard .
    Note: The Edit Filters button appears at the bottom of every report widget. Be sure to select it for the report widget you want to filter. If there is a filter in place, the widget will be blue.
    The Report Widget Filter window appears. The window title matches the specific report widget.
  2. To add a filter, complete the filter fields as needed.
  3. To remove a filter, clear the first field in the Report Widget Filter.
  4. Select Save.
The report widget is limited to items that meet all the criteria you entered. The Filter button turns blue when there is a filter on the report.
