You can delete an image from a form if you want to permanently remove the image.

1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Forms.
2. Select the Forms tab if it is not displayed.
3. Select Images in the row for the form you want to work with.
   Note: If there are no images on the form, the Images button appears lighter in color. If there are images on the form, the Images button appears darker in color.
   The Form Details window appears.
4. Select the Delete trash can icon in the upper-right of the image you want to delete.
5. Select Yes to confirm that you want to delete the image.
6. Select the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Form Details window.
