Accept or Reject Form Ownership
When a form owner requests you take over the ownership, Field View will send you an email with this information. You can accept, decline, or forward the request.
Select the link in the email to view the request. Log in to Field View if necessary.
Select Accept, Decline, or Forward.
- Accept
- You become the owner of the form.
- Decline

If you decline, provide a reason for declining.
Field View will send an email to the owner of the form with the reason.
- Forward

If you forward the request, enter the email address of the user and select Forward.
Field View will send an email to the current owner with the new owner request.
