Change the Status of a Form

You can change the status of a form to track its progress to completion.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Forms.
  2. Select the Forms tab if it is not displayed.
  3. In the row for the form you want to update, select the Status column and select the new status.
    If a signature is not required, the status is updated. If a signature is required, the Change Status window appears.
  4. If you're changing the status to Completed or Closed, you may see the option to also change the status of the associated process task. Select Yes or No.
    If you selected Yes, change the task status in the Change Task Status window, enter any necessary comments, and choose Save.
  5. In the Status Change Comments field of the Change Status window, enter the reason for the change or any comments about the status change.
  6. In the Signed By field, select the plus sign to add a signature.
    1. In the Organizations field, select your organization.
    2. In the Person field, select yourself or select the plus sign or the drop down list to select a different person.
    3. If you add a new person, have that person enter their mobile PIN as their signature.
  7. Select Sign.
  8. Select Save.
The form status is updated.
