You can delete drawings that are unused or unassigned. Deactivate a drawing to prevent others from using it. You can see deactivated drawings by clearing the Show only active items checkbox and reactivate it through the ellipses menu.

1. Confirm you're working in the correct project.
2. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Project Setup. Select Drawings.
3. Select Drawings Library.
4. Select the ellipses in the upper right of the drawing in the card view.
5. Select Delete or Deactivate.
6. Select Yes in the confirmation window.
