Add a Form in Plan View Web

Add a form in the plan view using the web application to a specific location on a project.

If you add a pin to a BIM model that's connected to a drawing, the pin also displays in the drawing. If the model isn't connected to the drawing, select the drawing to manually add the pin.
  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Plan View.
  2. Select the location for the form in the location list. The drawing displays.
  3. If you are adding a form on a 360 photo, select the photo pin.
  4. Select Add in the upper right corner and choose Form. If you are looking at a photo, select the pin location.
A pin displays in the drawing.
  5. Drag the pin to the Form location and select Continue.
  6. If the pin was placed within a calibration, select the associated element and choose Continue.
  7. In the Select Type field, choose the type of form you want to add to the project.
  8. In the Select a Form Template field, choose the form template that you want to use.
Form template names display in the following format: Form Template Name (Form Template ID) - Form Version. For example, JobForm (10035) - v(2).
  9. Choose Create.
Field View creates the form. Complete the information as needed.
