Edit a Task or Form in Plan View Web

You can edit a task or form to modify its details or update the status of the task in the web application. You may only be able to change the status of a task, depending on your permissions.

Select View on BIM Model to see the IFC file where the pin was placed.

Select View on 360 Photo to auto-focus the pin on the image.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Plan View.
  2. Select the drawing location and select the 360 photo, task, or form pin.
    If you select 360 Photo, select the task or form pin in the photo.
  3. Modify the fields as needed.
  4. If you are editing a form and see a warning triangle, you have the option to resolve the duplicate answers. Select the triangle to see the duplicate answers. Select the trash can Delete icon for the incorrect answer, and choose Delete in the confirmation window.
  5. Return to the plan view by selecting the Back button of your browser (Android) or the arrow in the detail window (iOS).
