Sort the List of Process Tasks

Easily locate and attend to the Tasks most important to you by sorting the list of Process Tasks.

By default, the List view is sorted by the Created Date column.

If you choose to sort by any other column, your selection applies to all Projects, but only to you. Other users can sort how they choose.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Processes.
  2. In the Ref column, select the process you want to work with.
  3. Select the List tab.
  4. Select the header title of any column.
    The column sorts in ascending order, indicated by the arrow .
  5. If needed, toggle the sort order by selecting the same header again.
    The column sorts in descending order, indicated by the arrow .
