Add, View, or Edit a Comment to a Task

You can add a comment to a task to record additional information related to the task, read a comment, or update a comment that already exists.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Tasks.
  2. Select the Comments button in the row for the task you want to add a comment to.
    Note: If there are no comments on the task, the Comments button appears lighter in color. If there are comments on the task, the Comments button appears darker in color.
    The Tasks Details window appears.
  3. If you are viewing the comment, read the comment. Otherwise, select + Add Comment or select the Edit pencil icon.
  4. In the Comment field, enter your comment about the task.
  5. Choose Save.
  6. Select the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Task Details window.
The comment is added or updated. If this was a new comment, the Comments button appears darker in color indicating that there is a comment on the form.
