The type of notification <span class="keyword">Field View</span> sends you is set up in Notification Preferences. </p><p class="p">Navigate to <span class="ph uicontrol">Notification Preferences</span> from the main page by selecting your initials.</p><div class="p">There are several  categories of notification:<ul class="ul"><li class="li">New Task Notifications</li><li class="li">Recently Closed Task Notifications</li><li class="li">Recently Completed Task Notifications</li><li class="li">New Comments</li></ul></div><p class="p">Notifications are enabled on a per-project basis. User settings allow you to update your user profile, or  change
		your  mobile PIN in the Field View web
		application. You can also set up notifications for project tasks.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
