The review markups node allows you to provide a review panel with the ability to create, select, reject and consolidate markups added to an item during the workflow. Markups will then be displayed with either a green tick or red cross to show their reviewed status. In combination with a compliance node, the approved markups can be configured to display by default when the document is opened with the View & Markup tool.

When configuring a review markups node, the following options are available:

• Panel - Select the panel required to accept or reject markups on items as they pass through the node. All of the panel have equal voting rights. Therefore, votes are accepted as they are passed.
• Panel Members Notification Message - Include a message to be sent to the panel when an item enters the node.
