Invalid MFA Code

If your authenticator app is generating codes that VFP reports as invalid, please email VFP support to request an MFA reset from your VFP email account. The request must be sent from the email account you used to sign into VFP. Once VFP support has confirmed that multi-factor authentication has been reset on your account, please follow these steps.

  1. Open your authenticator app and delete any existing VFP accounts.
  2. Log in to VFP and select Personal Settings.
  3. In the Options section, select Enable Multi-Factor Authentication.
    VFPwill display a QR code.
  4. Scan the QR code using your authenticator application.
This will add a VFP account to your authenticator application.
  5. Enter the six-digit code generated by your authenticator app into VFP.
  6. Select Apply.
