Manage Your Profiles

You can have multiple profiles associated with your user account. Profiles can be used when you have access to more than one enterprise, site, or project. You can manage your profiles, mark one as the default, and view each profiles' activity log.

If you have more than one profile, you can select which one to use as the default, which one to make current, and to merge profiles into one. You can also view the activity log for the selected profile.

Your default profile is the one that opens every time you log in to VFP.

Your current profile is the one you select to use for your current VFP session. This will change the list of enterprises you're able to see.

  1. Select Other Options on the Select an Enterprise page.
  2. Choose Manage your Profiles and Pending Invitations.
    VFP displays all of the profiles associated with your user account.
  3. To make a profile your default, select the three-dot Overflow menu at the end of the profile row and choose Make Default Profile.
  4. To select a current profile, select the three-dot Overflow menu at the end of the profile row and choose Make Current Profile.
  5. To merge a profile into your current profile, select the checkbox for the one you want to combine and choose Merge. The merged profile will no longer appear or be accessible. There is no way to separate merged profiles.
  6. To see the activity log for a profile, select the three-dot Overflow menu at the end of the profile row and choose View Activity Log.
    VFP opens the User Activity Log page. From here you can search for a profile's activity.
  7. When you are finished on the Manage Your Profiles page, select Back.
