What's New in VFP 2024 R9
With this release of Viewpoint For Projects™ in 2024, we brought a fresh look and feel to the Batch Decision of Documents window in anticipation for future improvements. We enabled the Multi-File Upload feature by default for new enterprises to improve workflow. You can also set a default profile.
In addition, we updated the email invite acceptance workflow and the NBS Uniclass classification tables.
Batch Votes
Now you can apply decisions to multiple documents at once with the enhanced Batch Votes. The feature includes a modernised interface, including the properties and voting areas, and a streamlined voting experience. When voting, you’ll be able to see the panel members to track if they’ve already voted, ensuring a smooth and efficient decision making process.
Localisation Efforts
The Help is scheduled to be translated into Dutch, French, and German by the end of 2024. Some pages may remain in the original English temporarily as we strive to provide the most accurate translations.
Uniclass Classification Tables
We will be updating VFP to the July 2024 version of the Uniclass Classification tables.
VFP Invitation Interface Upgrade
If you are a new user, when you select the link in the invitation email, you will be directed to the New User Invitation Acceptance Wizard. If you are an existing user, you will be directed to the Existing User Invitation Acceptance Wizard.
If you have more than one profile, you now have the capability to mark profiles as current and default.
