What's New in HR Management for Spectrum 2025 R2

The 2025 R2 release of HR Management for Spectrum includes T4 notifications. This release is available as of February 26, 2025.

Workflow Change: Accept a Portal Invitation

For new users accepting an invitation to your portal, the workflow for accessing the Create a Trimble ID page has changed.

  • Previously, users were taken directly to the Create a Trimble ID page after accepting their email invitation and confirming their contact information.

  • Now, they will be taken to the Trimble Sign In page after accepting their email invitation and confirming their contact information. Here, they must select Create a Trimble ID to continue with the steps required to set up their Trimble ID.

    Note: If a new user enters their email address and selects Next on the Sign In page, they will receive an error saying their username does not exist. They can select Create a Trimble ID to continue.

Notifications

T4 notifications now available

Employees will now receive a notification when they have a new T4 slip available in their Employee Self-Service portal if you have enabled Pay Stubs Notifications (Admin Settings > Notification Settings). This ensures timely access to T4 information.

Tip: Notifications are sent to the email address and mobile phone number that employees have listed on their ​Notification Preferences​ page. Employees who need help updating their notification preferences can refer to the following article: Manage Notification Preferences​​.
